Please allow until the end of the second day for the lab to deliver your results. Your results will be emailed to you from the assigned lab. In most cases you will have your results by the end the next. If you do not have your results by 8pm of the second day please go to the chat function on our website, and message us the following information:

• The date you were tested

• Location of Tent you were tested

A Test Tent representative will get back to you as soon as possible. Our chat offers live support to real humans from the hours of 9 am-5 pm Monday through Friday, and 10am to 3pm Sunday to Saturday.

Example: If you tested on Monday, in most cases, you should have your results by the end of Tuesday. In this example, you should contact us if you do not get your results by the end of Wednesday.

Why can test result times vary?

We work with 18 local and national laboratories that under normal operating conditions provide same-day PCR results. As we all know there have been a variety of variants and waves of Covid that have affected the population. When these surges in COVID-19 occur the demand for test results drastically increases. These drastic increases, in cases, cause shortages in testing materials and as well as drastic increases of tests being processed by the laboratory.

 

Due these factors occurring, during these times PCR result times can increase to sometimes between 3 to 4 days. Rest assured TestTent® as well as its lab partners prioritize delivering accurate and processing the fastest results at all times.
